TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING

  • Once an order has been placed, accepted, and processed, it cannot be cancelled. You will be required to receive the item.
  • Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be recalled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we cannot fulfil.
  • All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping duties and taxes.

DELIVERY

  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery. Customers should track their parcels using the tracking number provided via the EVRI website.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return postage costs.
  • If a parcel is returned due to customs clearance failure, the customer will bear the return costs and any associated charges.
  • Exchanges must be sent within the same country to avoid customs fees. If shipping to a different country, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs charges.
  • Customs clearance times are subject to change based on the country of entry, and we are not responsible for these delays.
  • Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages, missed deliveries, undeliverable addresses, or stolen packages.
  • We are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service and notifying us at info@acien.es with tracking details.
  • Due to global shipping disruptions, delivery times may be longer than expected. Please track your parcel on the EVRI website.
  • Shipping time estimates on our website apply from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Processing times range from 2-5 working days, depending on the time of year. For current processing times, contact info@acien.es before placing your order.
  • Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to service provider delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless evidence of a faulty item.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days and include the original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Items that are worn, washed, or missing original tags will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Faulty returns will not be accepted if care instructions are not followed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments and recommend using a tracked postal service. Notify us at info@acien.es with tracking details.
  • Undeliverable items returned to us may incur additional shipping costs if reshipped.

SALE ITEMS

  • All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS & OUT OF STOCK ISSUES

  • We will attempt to replace factory-faulty items but will not replace items damaged due to improper care.
  • Faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Faulty items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@acien.es with details.
  • If an item is oversold or does not meet quality standards, we will issue a full refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

  • Made-to-order items require a minimum of 4 weeks for production.
  • Production timelines may vary. If you need an item by a specific date, contact info@acien.es before ordering.
  • Production begins once full payment is received.
  • Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
